Job summary

Farm Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Tree Seed Production Supervisor based in Wicklow to oversee seed collection, processing and dispatch across Ireland. You will coordinate field operations with seed collectors and landowners, ensuring compliance with seed legislation and H&S systems, and will work closely with the UK team.

You will manage site evaluations, arrange transport, and support logistics providers to guarantee timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing roles or operational fieldwork is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, professional approach to relationship management.
Well organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
Comfortable working outdoors in remote locations and managing site logistics.
Familiarity with basic order documentation and logistics coordination.
Full UK/Irish driving licence (required).

Responsibilities

Site Evaluation & Field Operations: visit and evaluate collection sites and determine suitability.
Travel Ireland to identify new collection sites and contact landowners for access.
Coordinate with authorities to ensure compliance with legislation and safety.
Ensure vehicles and equipment are available to support collections.
Assist with hands-on field tasks and supervise seed collection teams.
Process collections and maintain accurate records of stock and deliveries.
Liaise with customers, seed collectors, and logistics for timely deliveries.
