Job summary

Bank of America, N.A. in Dublin seeks a Treasury Servicing Advisor to provide end-to-end client support across treasury activities.

You will be the primary contact for delivering a seamless, high-quality service and will collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience. You will build strong client relationships, offer proactive advisory, and drive operational efficiencies while supporting a multinational client base across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or client facing roles.
• Experience gained within financial services or investment banking.
• Understanding of cash management and/or treasury products and clearings.
• Willingness to travel to client visits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence to achieve timely resolutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end client support across treasury activities and be the primary contact for a seamless service.
• Coordinate with internal partners to deliver accurate and timely resolutions.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding client priorities.
• Offer advisory on operational efficiencies and self-service opportunities.
• Deliver face-to-face service reviews with advisory insights.
• Tailor service approach to client needs to improve satisfaction.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and escalate risks when needed.
• Leverage product expertise to deepen relationships and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Tech Support and Fulfilment for seamless delivery.
• Support a high-performing team aligned to common goals.
