Job summary

HireForce is recruiting a Treasury & Operations Accountant for a Dublin City family office. This role offers a first move from practice into a broad, commercially focused position with a strong treasury component and exposure to investments and multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple entities.
• Prepare cash-flow forecasts and monitor funding needs.
• Coordinate payments, intercompany transfers and capital movements.
• Manage bank accounts, mandates and online banking platforms.
• Support foreign exchange transactions and monitor currency exposure.
• Liaise with banks, investment managers and external advisers.
• Prepare treasury, management and financial reports.
• Support accounting and administration of multiple entities and investments.
• Assist with statutory reporting, audits and tax compliance.
• Maintain strong financial controls and identify process improvements.
• Support ad hoc investment, financing and operational projects.
