Job summary

HireForce in Drogheda is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join a lean, high-visibility treasury function. You will work directly with the Head of Treasury/Group Finance and senior stakeholders across the business, owning processes end-to-end across cash, FX, funding and reporting.

You will own day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic improvements, balancing hands-on execution with project work in a small team that values ownership and high standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' treasury experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Strong cash management, FX and treasury accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on, self-directed, and able to own end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash positioning across group bank accounts and surplus cash management.
• Forecasting cash flows and analyzing variances vs actuals.
• Manage cash pooling structures, intercompany funding and settlements.
• Identify and analyze group FX exposures and hedge program support.
• Support bank relationships, debt facilities and covenant tracking.
• Month-end treasury close, journals, reconciliations and controls testing.
