POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
This role is a position for an officer with limited sales experience to be able to develop the necessary skills for calling on Treasury Management ("TM") clients for depository and fee-based opportunities in the Bank’s market. This position will have TM production and growth goals, but at a lower expectation level than a more seasoned officer and will also have responsibility to manage an existing portfolio of client relationships with the intent that the associate could take over some portfolio from an existing Treasury Management Officer ("TMO"). In addition, t his role is responsible for supporting TMOs in their efforts in identifying, developing, and managing commercial depository relationships. This position will assist TMOs with relationship management and business development efforts, with the principle focus on TM products and services. The primary objective for this position is to grow the necessary experience and knowledge to become a more effective relationship manager for TM clients.

Minimum of 1 years of sales experience preferred.
Previous Treasury Management or banking experience preferred.
Demonstrated history of successful sales experience.
