Job summary

Ft Workforce is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Working Foreman for ongoing construction, refurbishment and repair works throughout County Tipperary and wider Ireland. The role is hands-on with daily travel and team coordination responsibilities.

The successful candidate will focus on second-fix carpentry, managing on-site work, and ensuring projects run smoothly and to a high standard. Immediate start and potential for a permanent direct contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Carpenter / Working Foreman or similar roles.
• Strong background in second-fix carpentry and doors/partitioning.
• Ability to organise trades and coordinate subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out predominantly second-fix carpentry on sites.
• Organise and coordinate teams and subcontractors.
• Travel daily to various sites across Ireland as required.
