Job summary

FT Workforce is seeking an experienced Carpenter Working Foreman for ongoing projects in County Wicklow, including Arklow and Wicklow Town. The role is full-time with immediate start, overseeing refurbishment and carpentry on two live sites.

The successful candidate will lead on-site trades, perform carpentry duties, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across both projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading carpentry teams on refurbishment projects.
• Strong ability to supervise trades and maintain schedules.
• Hands-on approach with reading and executing drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site works and coordinate trades.
• Carry out first and second-fix carpentry and install doors.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time project delivery.
