Job summary

Egis is seeking a dynamic Project Planner to join our transportation team in Ireland. You will develop and maintain robust programme controls, support project managers, and ensure integrated baselines and regular reporting.

Ideal candidates have Civil/Infrastructure planning experience, be proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and able to travel for assignments across Dublin, Cork, and beyond. Join a global, sustainability-focused consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transportation or Civil Engineering projects.
• Experience as a project planner.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client management.
• Willing to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope and WBS for delivery programmes.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on baselines.
• Submit programmes on time and track updates.
• Manage client and contractor comments and close-out.
• Lead programme workshops and time impact assessments.
• Integrate Tender Event Schedule with procurement.
