Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to drive a major retail technology transformation in Ireland. This role demands ownership of the Smart Ordering initiative, coordinating vendors and IT teams through design, pilot and rollout across the country.

The position offers a flexible hybrid working model with three on-site days per week and a daily rate up to €650. Expect direct exposure to senior leadership and key business stakeholders as you deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end IT/Software projects in retail environment.
• Retail background.

• Own the Detailed Delivery Plan across design, integration, pilot, rollout and stabilisation.

One of Ireland’s leading wholesale groups is undergoing a major digital transformation, implementing new software to modernise its systems, streamline operations and enhance efficiency across its retail network.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Transformation Project Manager who is a proactive thinker, dynamic personality and wants to take fullownership of implementing the Smart Ordering for Stores initiative, creating significant impact from day one.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of this initiative, coordinating technology vendors, internal IT teams and retail stakeholders to take the solution from design and testing through to store pilots and phased rollout across Ireland.
