Job summary

Archer, Ireland's leading wholesale group, is undergoing a major digital transformation to modernise its systems, streamline operations and boost efficiency across its retail network. We are seeking a Transformation Project Manager who will own the SmartOrdering initiative from design through pilots and rollout.

You will coordinate technology vendors, internal IT teams and retail stakeholders, taking accountability and delivering day one impact with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end IT/Software projects in a retail environment.
• Retail background.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the SmartOrdering project.
• Own the Detailed Delivery Plan across design, integration, pilot, rollout and stabilisation.
• Drive collaboration across multiple technology vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Create immediate impact in a leading Irish retail and wholesale company.
