Musgrave Group Plc is seeking a Transformation Project Co-ordinator to input, update, and maintain data across new systems, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate across departments, perform quality checks, and generate reports to support informed decision-making during onboarding deadlines. This role suits detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational and communication skills, operating in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, administrative or clerical role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or media environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic database management.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Input and update information from old system to the new system and keep spreadsheets complete and accurate.
• Perform data verification and quality control, resolve discrepancies and request missing details.
• Maintain and organize records for easy retrieval, run regular data audits.
• Generate reports based on data queries and provide information to team members.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security in line with policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to meet project goals.

The Transformation project Co-ordinator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in the new systems. This role supports the transformation project across 3 onboarding deadlines. Ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility, contributing to efficient workflow and informed decision-making during the project is key for this role.

What you'll be doing:

• Accurate Data Input:
  Enter and update information from old system to new system and updating spreadsheets ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Data Verification & Quality Control:
  Review new and existing data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. Resolve discrepancies and obtain further details for incomplete records.
• Database Maintenance:
  Organize, categorize, and maintain records for easy retrieval. Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and eliminate duplicates.
• Reporting:
  Generate reports based on data queries and provide requested information to authorized team members.
• Confidentiality & Security:
  Implement proper security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality in line with company policies.
• Collaboration:
  Communicate with team members and other departments to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support business objectives.
