Job summary

Musgrave is seeking a Transformation Project Co-ordinator to ensure accurate data entry, maintain data integrity, and support the rollout of new systems across onboarding deadlines.

You will verify data, manage databases, generate reports, and collaborate across departments while upholding confidentiality and security. This hybrid role offers development opportunities within a legacy Irish group committed to community impact.

Qualifications

  • High level of accuracy in data entry and ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for collaborating with colleagues and reporting issues.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and process issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of data protection and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter and update information from old system to new system and updating spreadsheets ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Data Verification & Quality Control: Review new and existing data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. Resolve discrepancies and obtain further details for incomplete records.
  • Database Maintenance: Organize, categorize, and maintain records for easy retrieval. Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and eliminate duplicates.
  • Reporting: Generate reports based on data queries and provide requested information to authorized team members.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Implement proper security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality in line with company policies.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with team members and other departments to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support business objectives.

The Transformation project Co-ordinator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in the new systems. This role supports the transformation project across 3 onboarding deadlines. Ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility, contributing to efficient workflow and informed decision-making during the project is key for this role.

What you’ll be doing:
