Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of Transfer Agency deliverables
• Monitor team activity across shared mailboxes and assist with queries
• Plan priorities daily and allocate tasks to ensure timely delivery
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate with AML team to review anti-money laundering documentation
• Lead performance management through one-to-one meetings and annual reviews
• Act as escalation point for technical and client queries to provide efficient service
• Promote risk awareness and process improvements within the team
• Contribute to department training and on-the-job coaching
