Job summary

Vantage Resources is seeking a Transfer Agency contractor in Dublin for a 6–8 month hybrid role. You will deliver end-to-end investor servicing, onboarding, and capital activity processing within a busy transfer agency environment.

You will work with FIS Mantra and oversee reconciliations, investor reports, and tax reporting while maintaining shareholder records. The role suits someone with Cayman/Delaware fund exposure and the ability to thrive in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience across the full investor lifecycle in Transfer Agency.
• Experience using FIS Mantra (formerly HWM/Deep Pool) in a live investor servicing environment.
• Strong experience with investor set-up, subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Experience producing investor reports/statements and maintaining shareholder records.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Desirable: Cayman- and/or Delaware-domiciled fund experience.
• Investor tax reporting experience would be advantageous.

What’s involved:

• Deliver end-to-end investor servicing across the full investor lifecycle within a Transfer Agency environment

• Communicate professionally with investors and key internal and external stakeholders
• Support investor tax reporting activities where required
• Support new client onboarding and high-volume business activity during a peak operational period

What you need:

• Recent, hands-on experience across the full investor lifecycle within a Transfer Agency operation
• Proven experience using FIS Mantra (formerly HWM / Deep Pool) in a live investor servicing environment
• Strong experience with investor set-up, subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, and reconciliations
• Experience producing investor reports/statements and maintaining shareholder records
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurately within a high-volume environment
• Previous Cayman- and/or Delaware-domiciled fund experience is highly desirable
• Investor tax reporting and Q4 peak-volume/new client onboarding experience would be advantageous
