Job summary

Barden is delighted to support a global consultancy by expanding its Transfer Agency team ahead of a busy onboarding period. This is a 6-8 month contract opportunity for experienced Transfer Agency / Investor Servicing professionals with hands-on experience using FIS Mantra.

There is also potential for the right individuals to move into a permanent role following the contract. Delivery of end-to-end investor servicing across the full lifecycle, onboarding management, subscriptions,

Qualifications

• Experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Servicing at senior level.
• Hands-on experience with FIS Mantra (formerly HWM / Deep Pool).
• Strong knowledge of the investor lifecycle and Transfer Agency processes.
• Experience onboarding, dealing, capital activity and reconciliations.
• Attention to detail with ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Able to hit the ground running with limited ramp-up.

• Complete cash and unit reconciliations and resolve exceptions.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
