Job summary

Barden | B Corp is partnering with a global consultancy to strengthen its Transfer Agency team in Dublin on a 6-8 month contract, with potential to convert to permanent. The role focuses on end-to-end investor servicing across the full lifecycle and requires hands-on experience with FIS Mantra.

We are seeking senior professionals for Assistant Manager/Senior Manager level who can onboard investors, manage accounts, process subscriptions and reconciliations, and produce investor communications

Qualifications

• Experienced Transfer Agency/Investor Servicing professional with hands-on experience in FIS Mantra.
• Strong knowledge of the full investor lifecycle and TA processes.
• Experience across onboarding, dealing, capital activity and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end investor servicing across the full investor lifecycle.
• Manage investor onboarding, account set-up and shareholder records.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers within required cut-off times.
• Complete cash and unit reconciliations and resolve exceptions.
• Produce investor statements and reports and manage investor communications.
• Support investor tax reporting where required.

Barden is delighted to be supporting a global consultancy as they build additional capacity within their Transfer Agency team ahead of a busy period of new client onboarding and new business.

This is a 6-8 month contract opportunity for experienced Transfer Agency / Investor Servicing professionals with recent, hands-on experience using FIS Mantra. There is also potential for the right individuals to move into a permanent role following the contract.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Deliver end-to-end investor servicing across the full investor lifecycle.
• Manage investor onboarding, account set-up and shareholder records.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers within required cut-off times.
• Complete cash and unit reconciliations and resolve exceptions.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Experienced Transfer Agency / Investor Servicing professional, ideally at Assistant Manager / Senior Manager level.
• Recent, hands-on experience using FIS Mantra (formerly HWM / Deep Pool).
• Strong knowledge of the full investor lifecycle and Transfer Agency processes.
• Experience across onboarding, dealing, capital activity and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Able to hit the ground running with limited ramp-up.
