Daffodil Care Services in Carlow is seeking a dynamic Training Facilitator for a part-time role with potential to become full-time. You will deliver engaging training to social care and healthcare professionals across Ireland, online and in classroom settings, primarily across Dublin and Leinster.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in social care or healthcare, experience in training, and excellent communication. A Level 7 qualification and a full, clean driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification, minimum Level 7 in Social Care or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the Social Care or Healthcare Sector.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Training or Adult education.
• Competent in training delivery in classroom settings and online platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and independently.
• Train the Trainer Certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
• Train the Trainer Certification in First Aid Response.
• Train the Trainer Certification in Fire Safety.
• Train the Trainer Certification in Manual Handling.
• Train the Trainer Certification in Safe Administration & Management of Medication.

Essential Requirements
