Muve Healthcare Ireland is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Dublin office. No prior recruitment experience is required—we provide full training, mentoring and ongoing support to help you grow into a successful Recruitment Consultant.

This role suits someone with a background in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or any customer-facing role who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working toward targets.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while working alongside experienced consultants. You'll develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant with responsibility for managing your own client portfolio and candidate network.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities.
• Arrange meetings with decision-makers.
• Build relationships with HSE services, private hospitals, nursing homes and community care providers.
• Understand clients' recruitment needs.
• Support experienced consultants with account management.

Client Management

• Deliver an excellent recruitment service.
• Build trusted client relationships.
• Manage vacancies efficiently.
• Provide regular recruitment updates.Ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
