Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is seeking driven Recruitment Consultants in a role with full training and a clear path to leadership. No recruitment experience required; you will be trained from day one and mentored by expert consultants while building a busy desk in healthcare staffing.

You will manage the full candidate journey, onboard candidates through certification and compliance, and place them on shifts with clients to earn uncapped commission. Base salary plus commission.

• Work Eligibility - EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa, based in or relocating to Dublin.
