Womens Community Projects (WCP) Mullingar is recruiting a trainee Community Education Facilitator for its Community Employment programme. The role supports the daily operations of the adult education office and offers full developmental training.

Greet visitors, register students, update digital records, plan events, and help maintain clean, safe training rooms. You will build local relationships to promote WCP programmes and work under the guidance of the Training and Education Coordinator.

Qualifikationen

• No previous experience required; accredited training will be provided.
• Command of the English language.
• Eligible for the Community Employment scheme (21 years of age or over and in receipt of qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more, or 18 years of age or over for certain disadvantaged groups – eligibility verified by the Department)
• Will be required to complete Garda vetting and provide character references
• Work 19.5 hours per week under full statutory rights, including a formal contract, 81 hours annual leave, and 56 hours certified sick leave per annum
