Salesforce is seeking a Manager of Emerging Talent for the AI Builder Program in Ireland. You will lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-native graduates, translating academic excellence into enterprise-grade customer success.

This role blends people leadership with technical direction and strategic program development. You will engage with customers, guide graduates in agentic reasoning and tool calls, and drive the Grad Builder Program while delivering advanced technical and consultative

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or related client-facing roles.
• Leadership: 1+ years managing technical teams or mentoring early-career engineers/consultants.
• Technical Fluency: Proficient in at least one major language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java) and solid web architecture knowledge (React, REST APIs, GraphQL).
• AI/LLM Curiosity: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cohort of Emerging Talent AI Builders with 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Guide graduates through agentic reasoning design, prompt engineering, and tool calls with engineering rigor.
• Oversee the Grad Builder Program, set development milestones, and drive upskilling initiatives across the organization.
• Bridge the gap between student projects and production-grade, secure enterprise software in collaboration with customers.
• Engage with customers across Mid-Market to Enterprise accounts, translating AI work into business value.
