Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to run the Emerging Talent for the AI Builder Program. You will mentor AI-native graduates, align technical direction with business goals, and partner with customers to drive enterprise AI transformations.

You will shape agentic technology, guide graduates in production deployments, and oversee continuous upskilling and Grad Builder initiatives within Salesforce’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer‑facing role.
• 1+ years of experience managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or mentoring early‑career engineers/consultants.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java with solid web architecture knowledge (React, REST APIs, GraphQL).
• Practical or strong familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Emerging Talent AI Builders with regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Guide graduates through design of agentic reasoning, prompt engineering, and tool calls with engineering rigor.
• Oversee the Grad Builder Program, matching projects, tracking milestones, and building a competency matrix.
• Collaborate with University Recruiting to attract CS graduates from target universities.
