Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager of Emerging Talent for the AI Builder Program in Dublin. You will lead a high-caliber cohort of AI-native graduates, translating academic excellence into enterprise-grade customer outcomes.

You'll mentor graduates, shape program strategy, and engage with SMB customers to deliver scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions while advancing Salesforce's upskilling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
• 1+ years of experience managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or mentoring early-career engineers/consultants.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java and knowledge of modern web architectures (React, REST APIs, GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cohort of AI-native graduates, guiding problem-solving and enterprise delivery.
• Provide technical direction, governance, and consulting coaching to convert research into production-grade solutions.
• Drive program enablement, strategy, and university recruiting partnerships to grow the Grad Builder pipeline.
