Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an Analyst in Trade Operations to ensure accurate trade confirmation and settlement for Equity and FX activities. You will work with the GMO sphere, liaising with trading desks, brokers and custodians.

Qualifications

• 3 years of financial services experience, preferably with custody operations exposure.
• 2 years in trade life cycle, settlements or fails management.
• Experience with OMGEO Alert, CTM, CLS, MISYS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day trade confirmation and settlement processes are completed timely and accurately.
• Monitor confirmations, fails resolution, escrow activity and settlement.
• Communicate with internal Equity/FX Trading Desks, Brokers and custodian banks.
• Identify and escalate high-risk items to minimise loss to shareholders and Fidelity.
• Support projects as a Subject Matter Expert and drive process improvements.
