Job summary

PIMCO in Dublin is seeking a Middle Office Associate to support OTC and non-OTC trades across bonds, FX, derivatives, repos and swaps. You will provide trade confirmation, broker liaison, and escalation on settlements, while ensuring accurate entry into the in-house STP system.

Daily interaction with Portfolio Managers, Compliance and Investment Operations; you’ll monitor the trade capture system, generate reports, and coordinate with Back Office (State Street) on settlement issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Middle Office/Trading support role in Asset Management or Investment Banking.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential to work with Brokers, PMs and Back Office.

Responsibilities

• Process OTC and non-OTC trades, including Bond trades, FX, Derivatives, Repos and Swaps.
• Act as escalation contact for settlement queries and liaise with Brokers.
• Monitor the in-house STP trade capture system and ensure ticket completeness.
• Complete initial broker confirmations for trades executed in London office.
• Trade floor support: generate daily reports and ad hoc PM requests.
• Coordinate with Back Office (State Street) on settlement and issue resolution.
• Interact with Dublin and Newport Beach offices and Portfolio Management.
• Daily collaboration with Compliance and Investment Operations.
