Job summary

KPMG Ireland, part of a leading Infrastructure Advisory practice, is seeking a Town Planning Professional (Manager) to contribute to planning projects across residential, commercial, energy and transport sectors. You will coordinate planning applications, EIAR and feasibility studies, while providing policy advice and strategic guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning and development experience.
• Experience preparing large planning applications, EIAR coordination and contributions, feasibility studies, Development Plan submissions.
• Strong report writing skills, commercial awareness, ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and manage planning projects across residential, commercial, energy and transport sectors.
• Coordination of planning applications, planning reports, EIAR, feasibility studies, Development Plan submissions.
• Provide planning and environmental policy advice and strategic direction to clients.
• Support junior team members and collaborate across KPMG Planning, Sustainable Futures and Infrastructure & Government.
• Engage in planning innovation and new ideas.
• Manage client relationships positively and proactively.
