Job summary

HERO Recruitment is seeking a Tooling Engineer for a leading medical device manufacturer in the Dublin area. You will oversee injection moulding tooling, multi-cavity tools and hot runner systems, acting as the technical go-to for tooling issues, trials and new product launches.

You'll contribute to tool validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure robust processes.

• Proven experience in injection moulding tooling and validation.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols.
