Job summary

Ayrton Group is seeking Traffic Management Operatives to join our dynamic team. We have multiple locations & projects across Cork, Kerry & Limerick. Ability to get to site is essential – own transport an advantage.

You will assist with loading/unloading, setup of traffic management systems, operate two-way radios, and communicate with the public and contractors while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Safe Pass card required.
• Full driving licence is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and time-keeping skills.
• Reliable and flexible with the ability to use own initiative.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Stop/Go systems, road closures and diversions, and set up traffic light systems.
• Operate two-way radios with a team of Traffic Management Operatives.

Duties

• Assist with the loading & unloading of vehicles with equipment, traffic signs and cones on-site.
• Carry out Stop/Go systems, road closures and diversions, set up & operation of traffic light systems and pedestrian management.
• Operate two-way radios with a team of Traffic Management Operatives.
• Communicate effectively with members of the public and contractors alike.
• Ensure the safety of yourself, the workforce, public and any other person affected by your duties.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
