Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a busy fit-out project in Meath/Dublin. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure work is safe, on time and to the required quality.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, plus SMSTS or an equivalent qualification. A full driving licence is essential, and the opportunity offers career progression and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Site Manager / Site Supervisor role.
• Strong background in fit-out, interiors, joinery or commercial construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active sites.
• Good understanding of programmes, drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a busy project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site and coordinate all site activities.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and installation teams.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, main contractor and project team.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and programme.
• Monitor progress and address issues impacting timetable or quality.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics.
• Maintain high health and safety standards on site.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure high standards.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues on site.
• Maintain all site records and relevant documentation.
• Manage snagging and ensure deadline delivery.
