ARCS is recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Support Workers for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Clogheen and Bansha, Co. Tipperary.

You will support young people in a residential setting, working with the Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead to maintain a warm, secure environment and deliver high standard therapeutic residential services. Benefits include a salary of €37,000–€40,000, sleeping time premiums, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Major Award in the care sector.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience with vulnerable young people and families in community or residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities in the residential centre as part of a team.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead to maintain a warm, secure environment.
• Deliver high-standard therapeutic residential services to young people in care.
