ARCS is recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Support Workers for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Clogheen and Bansha, Co. Tipperary.

You will support young people in a residential setting, working with the Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead to maintain a warm, secure environment and deliver high standard therapeutic residential services. Qualifications

• Level 5 Major Award in the care sector.
• Full driving licence.

ARCS are currently recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Support Workers for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Clogheen, & Bansha, Co. Tipperary.

Who we are -

As a Support Worker and working as part of a team you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre and work in close collaboration with the Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in your care and will play a key role in the delivery of the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.

What we can offer you:

• Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Support Workers of €37,000 - €40,000annually (depending on experience)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Support workers require a minimum of a Level 5 Major Award qualification in the care sector.
• A full driving license
• Experience of working with vulnerable young people and youth and families in the community or residential setting
