Job summary

Mount Carmel Hospitality Limited, trading as Camile Thai, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, is seeking two experienced Chefs de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.

You will prepare, cook and present high‑quality Thai dishes, maintain hygiene standards and support the Head Chef in daily back‑of‑house operations. We require a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, HACCP knowledge, strong English communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficient level of English (spoken and written) to function safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mis en place, and cook authentic Thai dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Manage assigned kitchen sections during peak service times.
• Ensure presentation, taste, portion control and freshness meet brand standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks and minimizing food waste.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety in line with HACCP.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
