Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior QA/Testing Lead for a one-year contract (with option to extend to four years) in Newbridge/Curragh, Ireland. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week and close collaboration with IT software development teams.

You will plan, coordinate and oversee all testing activities to ensure software quality, manage teams, and align testing with project goals, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and adherence to security and governance standards.

Client Overview

The clientboth require a partner to supplement our existing IT software development teamsin the delivery of strategic projects, and IT consultancy.

IT softwaresupport & development services are provided to both organisations by ourinternal team. The services include but not limited to IT consulting, DigitalTransformation, custom software development, web application development, webAPI development, Artificial Intelligence, providing ongoing support &maintenance for bespoke applications, database development & support, andContent Management System (CMS) development & support. The IT functions of theclient also provide a range of core business applications to support businessactivities.

The Client isprogressing the enhancement and modernisation of several bespoke digitalsystems. These initiatives may include the development and support of customapplications across areas such as the administration of horse racing, financeoperations, integrity and compliance services, Raceday and event management,data warehousing and analytics, CRM extensions, SharePoint solutions,cloud‑based services, eCommerce, web platforms, content management, and otherspecialised systems.

Experience
