Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Test Lab Senior Manager to lead the new EU Center of Excellence (CoE) in Dublin. You will oversee lab design, commissioning, and ongoing operations for cooling and heating tests supporting Data Center, Mission Critical, and Decarbonization markets.

You will manage a multi-disciplined team of technicians and engineers, drive Lean-based improvements, and coordinate with Product Development, Advanced Technology, PMO, and Sales Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ experience supervising test lab or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and problem-solving.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the design, construction, and commissioning of the new EU Lab in Dublin.
• Lead test lab operations and balance customer needs with resources.
• Manage operational and capital budgets for the lab.
• Collaborate with global test labs to share best practices.
