Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation in Ireland is seeking a Test Team Administrator to support the Electrical Test Team. This entry-level role focuses on ensuring documentation aligns with the production schedule and that test records are complete and accessible for internal and external clients.

You will maintain calibration records, review documents before distribution, and help the team manage time and priorities with strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
• Exposure to high-volume production/manufacturing or engineering is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Engineering to ensure test documentation aligns with the production schedule.
• Complete test documentation for sharing with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain test equipment records, ensuring calibration dates are current.
• Review documentation before issuing to the Test Team.
