Job summary

Onion Search Pte Ltd in Ireland seeks a detail-oriented and technically inclined Test Coordination professional to join our team. This role serves as a key link between customers, Workshop and Testing Departments, ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into internal work instructions and testing activities are properly coordinated.

Responsibilities include interpreting testing requirements, preparing clear internal instructions, liaising with customers on methods and turnaround

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• No experienced candidate is required, but relevant experience in materials testing or laboratory environments is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CWI, CSWIP 3.1 or PCN Level 2 are appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer testing requirements and translate into clear internal work instructions.
• Coordinate with Workshop and Testing Departments on sample preparation and scheduling.
• Monitor job progress and support timely completion of testing activities.
• Respond to customer and internal queries related to testing arrangements.
• Develop knowledge of materials, testing standards and laboratory processes.
