Job summary

Bimeda is a leading global innovator in veterinary pharmaceuticals and animal health products. The Territory Manager will drive sales across Leinster/East Coast, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with prescribers, retailers and decision-makers.

The role requires planning, performance tracking, and proactive campaigns with travel throughout Ireland. Strong communication, negotiation and account management skills are essential, along with a veterinary or agricultural background

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Animal Health and Veterinary Medicine markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce.
• Tech‑savvy, with confidence adopting and using new digital tools and sales technology.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build win‑win outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Full, valid driving license, with the willingness to travel regularly across Leinster/East Coast, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets for the Territory and delegated Key Accounts.
• Update the CRM system (Salesforce) daily and maintain activity targets.
• Agree business plans with A and B customers and review quarterly for growth.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions and trade shows to support customers.
• Lead Key Account activities including negotiations, pricing, data management and planning.
• Develop and regularly review Strategic Account Plans for designated Key Accounts.
• Provide monthly updates to the team on performance, campaigns and activities.
• Support product introductions and gather testimonies from retailers and end users.
• Collaborate with wider Ireland Sales team to share best practices and competitor insights.
