Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a hands-on Temporary Production Operator in Wexford, Ireland. You will support manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet high quality and safety standards, while handling materials, processing, blending, filling and labeling.

You will maintain batch records, operate and prepare equipment, and help ensure hygienic production in line with GMP. The role emphasizes team collaboration, attention to detail and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence operating machinery.
• Strong computer literacy; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems is desirable.
• Experience working effectively in a team-based environment.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift truck experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities across materials handling, processing, blending, filling and labelling.
• Maintain accurate batch records in line with quality procedures.
• Prepare and operate manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient and hygienic production.
• Operate machinery to support the accurate packaging of ingredients.
• Maintain equipment and production areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Conduct final product quality checks and inspections before shipment.
• Follow strict procedures to protect confidential processes, ingredients and intellectual property.
