Job summary

Yuno Energy is recruiting a Telesales Advisor for an office-based role in Sandyford, Dublin 18. You will conduct outbound/inbound calls to current and prospective customers, aiming to exceed KPIs and drive new business.

The role offers a €34K base salary with a €15K on-target earnings, uncapped, plus full training and clear career development within a fast-growing company. Enjoy 21 days of annual leave and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a sales or target-driven role (ideally within a call centre environment).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role.
• Experience selling to and engaging with a diverse customer base.
• Positive, competitive and self-motivated, with a drive to consistently deliver results.
• Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to current and prospective customers
• Manage and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager
• Track and analyse customer acquisition metrics
• Handle objections professionally to achieve successful outcomes
• Provide ad-hoc customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as required
