Job summary

McSport is Ireland's leading supplier of fitness and gym equipment, with a focus on exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our onsite team and act as the first point of contact, providing expert advice, processing orders, and driving sales through inbound and outbound communication.

You will handle calls and emails, follow up on leads, and work toward monthly targets in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and closing sales.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• IT literate - experience with order or CRM systems a plus.
• Passion for fitness or sports is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, quotes, and customer queries.
• Provide tailored product advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process sales orders accurately using internal systems.
• Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets (commission applicable).
• Maintain strong product knowledge and keep up to date with new offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
