Qualifications

• Extensive and proven experience in technology consulting or professional services with a track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Delivery expertise across technology transformation, strategy, operating model redesign, or organizational change engagements.
• Strong network within the Irish business community and comfort with direct client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development across technology and transformation consulting in Ireland.
• Own end-to-end client relationships from pitch through delivery and renewal, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
• Lead or co-lead major engagements in technology transformation and operating model redesign.
• Reconnect with dormant client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Mentor and develop consulting talent within the practice and collaborate with delivery teams.
