Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Sr. Manager, EMEA Commercial located in Ringaskiddy, Ireland.
Job Overview The Technology Sr. Manager, EMEA Commercial (IT) plays a critical leadership role in enabling commercial growth and operational excellence across the EMEA region. This role partners closely with regional commercial leaders to translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions. The position offers high visibility, regional impact, and the opportunity to shape the future commercial IT landscape for DePuy Synthes during a period of significant transformation and growth. Reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience and Skills Required: 8-10 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles supporting commercial or customer‑facing functions. Demonstrated experience delivering large‑scale IT solutions in a regional or global environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders. Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development. Solid understanding of data, analytics, and digital technologies supporting commercial excellence. Experience operating in regulated environments with strong compliance and security requirements.
Preferred: Experience supporting MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences commercial organizations. Exposure to EMEA regional business models and market dynamics. Experience leading transformation or separation initiatives. Familiarity with agile delivery methods and modern product‑centric IT operating models.
Other Language: Fluency in English required; additional European languages preferred.
Travel: Up to 20–30% regional travel across EMEA.
Certifications: IT leadership, cloud, or project management certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Agile) preferred.
