Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Planning Manager, located in Ringaskiddy Cork, this great opportunity is required onsite 5 days per week. The Planning Manager will lead the Cork site planning function, ensuring manufacturing plans, material availability and inventory levels are aligned to customer service, cost and compliance expectations. The role requires a strong people leader who can drive planning execution, digital enablement, develop team capability, improve ERP/MRP-enabled processes, manage supply risks and partner across the site and global supply chain to deliver reliable operational performance.
Experience And Education: Essential Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supply chain, planning, purchasing, warehouse or related leadership roles with demonstrated responsibility for finished goods and direct material planning. Experience in manufacturing planning and distribution networks, preferably within orthopaedics, medical devices or another highly regulated industry. Strong working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, with advanced MS Office and Excel capability. Strong knowledge of cGMP, cGDP, quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments. Demonstrated people leadership experience, including team development, resource planning, coaching and performance management. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with peers, senior leaders and external partners through negotiation, influence and collaboration.
Desirable Experience in medical device operations or cGMP environment. Six Sigma, Lean, FPX, JJOS, JJPS, Green Belt, Black Belt, APICS or equivalent certification. Strong SAP, SAP EWM, JDE, Oracle, WMS or equivalent ERP/WMS experience. Project management experience, including planning, implementation and delivery of cross-functional supply chain projects.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €70,100.00 - €121,210.00
