DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Facilities Management, located in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland
The Senior Manager, Facilities Management – EMEA is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational delivery of Facilities Management services across the EMEA region, supporting DePuy Synthes sites spanning mature and emerging markets. This role reports into the Director, Facilities Management for EMEA/APAC and translates regional FM strategy into site‑level execution, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective hard and soft FM service delivery aligned to DS standards and Project Osprey separation requirements. Operating as the primary EMEA execution lead, this role partners closely with site leaders, regional EHS&S, Quality, Real Estate, Project Delivery, and outsourced service providers to manage daily operations, service performance, risk, and continuity across the EMEA portfolio for all our non‑main campus manufacturing sites.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business, or
related field required. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
