Job summary

Barclays Europe Technology is seeking a Technology Risk and Control Manager to strengthen the technology control environment and support regulatory resilience priorities across the organisation.

You will drive risk management, control oversight, and regulatory engagement across a complex tech landscape, coordinating with senior stakeholders to identify, assess, and address technology risks while supporting control improvements and strategic commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, assessing and improving technology control frameworks.
• Experience coordinating regulatory, internal audit and external audit engagements and gathering evidence.
• Experience identifying control gaps and driving remediation in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve control effectiveness through documentation and findings.
• Lead risk assessments and communicate key findings to control owners and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to Barclays Controls Framework and related methodologies.
