The role acts as the technical product owner for commercial and digital marketing capabilities within DePuy Synthes Commercial Technology, partnering with marketing, sales, and analytics to deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience in technology product management or digital solution delivery.
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in regulated environments with data privacy and security awareness.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for marketing technology solutions.
• Liaise between IT, Marketing, Sales, Analytics and partners.
• Translate strategies into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlogs based on value, risk and feasibility.
• Lead agile ceremonies and product planning for timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and customer feedback for improvements.
• Mentor junior product owners and analysts.
