The Panel is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (NQ - 5 years pqe) to join its Dublin-based legal team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates will come from large law firms seeking an in-house commercial role, with strong drafting gravitas and in-house experience; training from a top-tier firm is essential. The position offers a dynamic fintech environment in a city centre setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (Ireland) or equivalent with admission to practice.

Job description

Our client is a global technology organisation that has been operating in the Irish market for a number of years. Beautiful offices in a city centre location.

They have an established legal team in Dublin (6+ lawyers), with additional legal team members based in other jurisdictions.

Due to ongoing growth across the organisation, they are now keen to recruit an additional Commercial Lawyer (NQ - 5 years pqe).

This role will suit transactional lawyers with one of the following profiles:

• Transactional Lawyers from large law firms who are looking to move to an in-house Commercial Counsel role (please note this is not an M&A role)

OR

• Commercial Counsel - with in-house experience (large law firm training essential)

This is a broad-based commercial role with a significant lean towards drafting and negotiating high value, complex commercial contracts.

Relationship and stakeholder management experience is essential.

You will have the experience and gravitas to take responsibility (as part of a team) for the 'commercials' of the business.
