Job summary

Primark is seeking a Technology Finance Advisor to support BAU and change finances across Technology within the Lean Portfolio Office. You will partner with Technology, Finance, Procurement and Legal to ensure accurate financial information and drive effective decision-making.

The role is hybrid in Ireland, offering 2-3 days in the office. You’ll lead financial processes, analyse budgets, forecasts and performance, and provide actionable insights to technology leadership while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance, commercial or analytical role with strong financial controls.
• Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends and opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Technology, Finance, Procurement and business teams.
• Confident communicator able to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Proficient with ERP, reporting tools, procurement systems and portfolio management.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial management of BAU and change initiatives across Technology.
• Provide insights and guidance to enable informed business decisions.
• Lead and improve Technology Finance processes and templates.
• Analyse budgets, forecasts and performance for risks and cost savings.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Procurement and Legal stakeholders.
• Shape financial excellence within the Technology Lean Portfolio Office.
