Job summary

Primark is seeking an experienced Technology Project Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery of technology and business change initiatives in our Dublin region. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams and partner with vendors to ensure on‑time delivery within budget.

You will manage scope, requirements and success metrics with a strong focus on governance and stakeholder collaboration, delivering projects that support Primark's retail and logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects in retail/logistics environments.
• Strong track record of managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
• Experience with supply chain, warehouse management, logistics or ERP platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building across business & tech teams.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors and systems integrators in delivery projects.
• Clear communication, organisation and problem‑solving in fast‑paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and business change projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, resource plans and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, deliverables and success metrics.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting; escalate variances as needed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and integrators to align activities.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure smooth BAU transition.
