Over 24 months graduates gain rotations, hands-on exposure, mentorship and development across technology, data and analytics functions.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or Graduated in 2026
• You must be legally entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland for the duration of the programme (September 2027 - September 2029)
• Candidates must have or be on track to achieve a minimum result of a 2:1 Second Class Honours, Grade 1 (60 - 69%) in their Level 8 qualification or above

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure and contribute to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify customer pain points and process enhancements.
• Due to the changing nature of work and rotations, graduates are encouraged to be flexible and perform other ad hoc activities as opportunities arise.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Engage with all areas of the organisation supporting colleagues and Bank-wide initiatives.

The PTSB Technology, Data & Analytics Graduate Programme offers graduates the opportunity to launch their careers through one of three specialist streams: Technology & Digital Innovation, Risk Data Analytics & Modelling, or Data &Analytics within the Central Data Office. Over a 24-month programme, graduates will gain structured development, rotational experience and hands-on exposure across key technology, data and analytics functions. Working alongside experienced colleagues, graduates will contribute to initiatives that support digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, innovation, risk management and enterprise-wide technology capabilities.

Through a combination of rotational placements, practical experience, professional development and mentorship, graduates will build technical, analytical and business skills while gaining exposure to areas such as technology delivery, digital innovation, data engineering, data science and AI, analytics, modelling, governance and regulatory reporting.

Supported by experienced colleagues, assigned buddies and a comprehensive learning and development framework, graduates will gain the skills, experience and professional networks needed to build a successful long-term career at PTSB.

Technology & Digital Innovation Graduate Programme

Deliver innovative technology solutions and digital capabilities that enhance customer experiences and support the Bank's strategic transformation initiatives.

Within the Risk function, apply data, analytics and modelling techniques to support risk management, regulatory requirements and business decision-making across the Bank.

Data & Analytics Graduate Programme

Within the Central Data Office, develop data-driven insights, analytics and AI solutions while gaining exposure to data engineering, governance, data architecture and enterprise-wide data capabilities.

Requirements:

• Graduating in 2027/ Graduated in 2026
• You must be legally entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction*** for the duration of the programme (September 2027 - September 2029)
• ***Without restriction refers to candidates who have a valid visa in place and do not require any sponsorship (from company or self-sponsorship) of work visa from September 2027 - September 2029.
• Candidates must have or be on track to achieve a minimum result of a 2:1 Second Class Honours, Grade 1 (60 - 69%) in their Level 8 qualification or above

This is a 24-month fixed term contract based in St. Stephen's Green or Cork Airport Business Park (Hybrid Options available within Republic of Ireland only)
